Yes, absolutely. We announce a fixed rate before every trip. No meter, no surprise surcharge, no hidden fees. The rate covers the vehicle, the professional chauffeur, bottled water and WiFi. Only mid-trip route changes can lead to an adjustment.

Yes. For every airport transfer (Zaventem, Charleroi and Melsbroek), we track your flight in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically. He will wait in the arrivals area with a name board and handle your luggage.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the trip. Between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure, a 50% fee applies. Under 2 hours, the full amount is due. For airport transfers, we are flexible in the event of a flight cancellation (on presentation of proof).
