2. Booking the Services

  • Booking procedure: bookings can be made via our website, by phone or by email. To secure a booking, a deposit may be required, and the booking will be considered confirmed once payment is received.

  • Required information: the client must provide complete and accurate information regarding the date, time, pickup location, drop-off location, and any additional services requested (for example, concierge or security needs).

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Rates:rates for vehicle hire, concierge services and security services are listed on the company's website or provided on request. Prices may vary depending on the duration of the hire, the type of vehicle, additional services and specific transport fees.
  • Deposit: a 10% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due before the start of the service or according to the terms agreed upon.
  • Payment methods: payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method accepted by Belgium Elite Way.

4. Cancellation and Modification

  • Cancellation by the client: in the event of cancellation, fees may apply depending on the time remaining before the date of the service.
  • Cancellation or modification by the company: in the event of force majeure or an unforeseen circumstance (vehicle breakdown, chauffeur unavailability, etc.), the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking. A full refund will be issued if the service cannot be delivered, or an alternative may be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Behaviour during the service: the client and their guests must behave respectfully towards the chauffeur and the crew. Any inappropriate, illegal or dangerous behaviour may lead to the immediate termination of the service, without refund.
  • Damage and harmful conduct: the client is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of the hire. Should damage occur, the company may invoice additional fees for repair or cleaning of the vehicle.
  • Vehicle capacity: the client undertakes to comply with the maximum capacity of the vehicle (number of passengers) and with applicable laws regarding the use of seatbelts, alcohol and illegal substances.
